These terms govern use of the CT Digital Innovations website and explain the general conditions surrounding website content, inquiries, and access to our online services.

Use of this public website is subject to these website Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. Visiting or browsing the site does not create a client service contract.
Website content is informational. Service and package descriptions explain common scopes and engagement models, not binding proposals or guaranteed deliverables. Examples and descriptions may change.
Project scope, deliverables, investment, timelines, and responsibilities are confirmed through the applicable consultation and contracting process before work begins.
Submitting a consultation request, Free Growth Assessment, Service Information Request, demo request, or other contact form starts a conversation. It does not create a client relationship, binding quote, final price, guarantee of availability, or obligation for CT Digital to accept a project or perform services.
A project relationship begins only when CT Digital and the client enter the applicable agreement or agreements.
Client services may be governed by separately executed proposals, Master Service Agreements, Statements of Work, Service Agreements, change orders, or other mutually accepted project documents, including applicable invoices.
Where a signed client agreement conflicts with these general website terms concerning contracted services, the applicable client agreement controls for those services. These terms do not replace or reproduce client contracts.
Website Care & Hosting is required after launch for CT Digital website builds. CT Digital hosts only websites it creates; hosting is not offered as a standalone service. SEO and additional growth services are optional and separate.
Billing, renewal, cancellation, service levels, and other contractual obligations are governed by the applicable client agreements, not created by these public website terms.
CT Digital's branding, text, graphics, visual design, proprietary site elements, and original public website materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Client-owned materials and third-party assets remain subject to their respective ownership and permissions.
You may use this website for ordinary informational and business evaluation purposes. Except where legally permitted or authorized, you may not reproduce, redistribute, scrape for republication, impersonate, or commercially exploit protected site content.
Use the website lawfully and without interfering with others. Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt operation, introduce malware, abuse forms, launch automated attacks, impersonate others, or bypass security controls.
Client portal access is for authorized users. Protect your login credentials and do not attempt to access accounts or resources without authorization. Separate portal or provider terms may also apply. These public website terms do not change portal authentication or client agreements.
The website may link to or use third-party services, including external project examples and client portal destinations. CT Digital does not control those providers' content, availability, policies, or services. Review their applicable terms before using them.
We aim to keep this public website available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may update, suspend, change, or discontinue parts of the public website when necessary.
This section concerns the informational website, not hosting or service obligations owed to clients under separate agreements.
General website content does not guarantee rankings, leads, revenue, conversions, or other business outcomes. Results depend on the particular business, scope, implementation, and other circumstances.
Content is provided for informational purposes and is not legal, financial, accounting, or other professional advice outside CT Digital's stated services. Nothing here removes obligations that apply under law or a signed client agreement.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, CT Digital is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from use of, or inability to use, this public informational website.
This limitation does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded and does not override the terms of signed client agreements concerning contracted services.
These public website terms are governed by applicable laws of the State of Connecticut. This section does not create an arbitration requirement or replace governing-law provisions in separate client agreements.
We may update these public website terms, with revisions reflected in the Last updated date. Updates do not retroactively amend existing client agreements, which remain subject to their own amendment and change provisions.
